Oat bran is a hot cereal that is a good grain to include in a balanced diet. These oats can also be used in baked goods or blended into smoothies.
Bring 2 cups of water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup of oat bran cereal and cook for about 2 minutes.
