Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

When your order ships, the tracking number for you package will be e-mailed to you. The information will also be available on our website within your my account section.

Orders may be shipped by a variety of methods including United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and UPS. The shipping method is selected based on the types of items ordered and the final destination. Tracking information is included with all orders from Appalachian Organics.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
At Appalachian Organics we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately either by phone or online. We will replace any item damaged in shipping at no charge to you. We just ask that you take a photo of the damaged package and item.

* We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your item.
- Only items unopened in their original packaging can be returned. Food products cannot be returned.
- Once received it may take up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
