Although it is called ‘paste’ by pastry chefs, vanilla bean paste has the consistency of honey. Use to replace a whole vanilla bean in your favorite recipes. Use in cheesecake, ice cream, or any recipe where real vanilla bean texture, taste, and visual appeal is desired. Vanilla bean paste is also an excellent addition to smoothies, yogurt, and oatmeal. Pour or scoop one tablespoon of vanilla bean paste to equal one whole vanilla bean. This Vanilla Bean Paste can also be used in identical measurements to replace vanilla extract in recipes.

- ALCOHOL
- ORGANIC VANILLA BEAN EXTRACTIVES
- GUM TRAGACANTH*
- VANILLA BEAN POWDER.
*GUM TRAGACANTH IS A NATURAL THICKENER.
Equivalency:
- 1 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA BEAN PASTE=1 WHOLE VANILLA BEAN=1 TABLESPOON VANILLA EXTRACT.
