    FREE Shipping anywhere in the Continental United States on orders of $50 or more.

    General Shipping Information

    Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.  If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

    For large quantity orders or if there is a specific delivery date that you require due to a special event, please contact customer service at 1-877-202-2184 and we will work with you to accommodate your needs.

    When your order ships, the tracking number for you package will be e-mailed to you.  The information will also be available on our website within your my account section.

    Shipping Methods

    Orders may be shipped by a variety of methods including United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and UPS.  The shipping method is selected based on the types of items ordered and the final destination.  Tracking information is included with all orders from Appalachian Organics.

  • Returns & Replacements

    At Appalachian Organics we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. Our customer service specialists are available to make the return process simple. To start the return process call us at 1-877-202-2184 or send us an e-mail.

    Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately either by phone or online.  We will replace any item damaged in shipping at no charge to you. We just ask that you take a photo of the damaged package and item.

    General Returns

    Please contact us prior to sending the shipment back, we can be reached at 1-877-202-2184 or through the contact section of the website. Our customer service team will provide you with information to help ensure your return is processed quickly.
    * We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your item.

    • Only items unopened in their original packaging can be returned.  Food products cannot be returned.
    • Once received it may take up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • Ordering

    Orders may be placed through our website by both registered and guest customers. To place and order, select the desired items and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have all of the items in your cart, you can then proceed to the checkout. Once your order is paid and recieved, it will be sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

    For payment we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal for online transactions.

    We maintain both retail and wholesale pricing for our customers. Please let us know if you are placing a bulk order and we will work with you to find the best price.

    Pricing on the website may change at any time. We price our products as competitively as possible. We do offer special pricing and promotions for registered customers.
